Order Processing Time

Once payment is fully confirmed, our team verifies your details, packs your footwear and prepares your parcel for dispatch. Processing Time: 1–3 business days. Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are excluded. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will start processing on the next working business day.

Delivery Transit Time

After your package leaves our warehouse: Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days This estimated delivery window applies for most continental US addresses. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during holiday shopping surges, severe weather events, carrier operational backlogs, or shipments to remote rural locations.

Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are calculated automatically and clearly shown on the checkout page before payment. Final shipping cost depends on delivery address, package weight and total quantity of items.

Package Tracking

When your order ships out, we send a confirmation email with your unique tracking number and tracking link. You can check your delivery status online at any time.

Shipping Address Responsibility

You must submit a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. We are not liable for lost, stolen or misdelivered parcels caused by typos, missing apartment/unit numbers or incorrect recipient information provided by you.

Undeliverable & Returned Packages

If a shipment gets returned to our warehouse due to invalid address, unclaimed parcel or delivery refusal, you are responsible for the return freight charges plus additional shipping fees if you request re-delivery.

Lost Package Investigation

If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 calendar days of the marked delivery date. We will open a case and coordinate an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Address Updates

If you need to modify your shipping address after placing the order, please contact us immediately before your order enters processing. Address changes cannot be made once the parcel has already shipped.
