You can submit a return request within 30 calendar days after receiving your package. Returned shoes must be unworn, unwashed, and kept in original packaging. Items damaged from customer wear are not eligible for return.

To start your return application, send an email to our support team. After we receive and inspect your returned goods, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, and funds will go back to your original payment method. Customers may be responsible for return shipping fees unless items arrive defective.
